Dr. Welber completed a body imaging fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. His residency was completed at St. Luke’s – Roosevelt Medical Center in New York City. Prior to that, he attended medical school at the State University of New York Health Sciences Center. Dr. Welber is a diplomate of the American Board of Radiology. His professional memberships include the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology. Dr. Welber is the recipient of numerous honors and awards.
