Dr. Szarmach is a nationally renowned breast imager. Before coming to Connecticut Breast Imaging, she was the Section Chief, Western Region, for Breast Imaging at Yale. She completed her residency in diagnostic radiology in 2008, followed by a clinical fellowship in breast imaging from Yale School of Medicine in 2009. Prior to that, she graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She is affiliated with Norwalk, Danbury, and New Milford hospitals.
